- The architecture, the beauty of the gardens, - the kindness of the staff from the main gate to the restaurant and the great team at reception and concierge - the convenience of baggys to move around in the resort.
Every thing was perfect especially the stuff, facilities & food.
The staff were incredibly welcoming. They went above and beyond, considering every tiny detail to make our one night stay absolute perfection. We were celebrating my mums 70th and the team made her feel like a queen! The resort is stunning, we loved the beach, the gym facilities, the authentic Moroccan meal at Tagine and the fabulous breakfast buffet.
Really is old style Dubai which we love. Everything was done 5 star,could not do enough to please us we really had a lovely stay all staff were brilliant.
Everything was incredible - from the staff, the quality of the food & meals, the facilities. If you are thinking of going to Dubai and can treat yourself to this hotel, do not hesitate to book it. Cannot recommend it enough

We loved the pools and pool area - the staff were excellent and provided a fantastic service. The hotel was incredibly well-appointed and our room and bathroom exceeded expectations. We hope to go back!
Garden pool and staff
The staff were unbelievable so friendly , welcoming and went above and beyond from arrival . Made it a truly memorial holiday . The hotel is prestine , only thing I would recommend is a better room service menu with more options of maybe pizza pasta fries it was very formal when wanting a snack in your room

I didnt even sleep there or ate breakfast because of how poor the staff were at check in . I booked another hotel and left .
The architecture and design of the main reception areas are nicely decore.Breakfast and dinner offer great meal choices. However, it is important to note that the single beds in the PalaceTween rooms beds exceptionally small, If you tend to move around a lot during sleep, you may find yourself inadvertently rolling off the bed due to its size. Unfortunately, the level of comfort provided by the hotel falls short of the standards expected from a 5-star establishment. Additionally, the beach views are disappointing, as my initial excitement was dampened by the sight of floating dark oil and plastics, discustingly condoms:-(((( at least 5-10s of lining up party boats

Its not my first stay in one and only royal mirage. But every time I am impressed with service and the quality.
Our experience at the One&Only Royal Mirage was simply delightful. The hotel and Arabian Court area exuded elegance, with intricate details and lush gardens. The main pool, surrounded by palm trees, was a serene oasis overlooking the azure waters of the Arabian Gulf. The staff were exceptionally friendly, always ready to assist and brighten our day. Their interactions with our daughter were heartwarming, leaving us with cherished memories. In summary, One&Only Royal Mirage offers luxury, beauty, and genuine hospitality. We look forward to returning soon.

Everything was exceptional - check in, room space, linnen, towels, maid service, check out, breakfast and dinner. Especially I would like to thanks to the staff who provides service of baggi, order taxi, they are so kind and attantive. Pool is arranget thus the most of sunbeds are under shadow of the palm`s trees, hotel has 1,5 km long beach. The territory is huge for Dubai`s hotels and covered by trees, greens. That was amazing stay.
Breakfast was fabulous - so many choices, all fresh and delicious. Concierge was so kind in arranging our car to airport and making a booking fir our dinner - he even arranged for us to have a special table adorned with flower petals - very romantic!
The grounds of hotel are beautiful and pools are fantastic. Staff are excellent,also great to be able to got into drift beach for the day(although they now charge hotel guests for sunbeds) A great choice of restaurants with lovely food.
